Cancellation Policy

If You Need To Cancel

We understand that things come up. Please contact us as soon as possible and let us know what’s going on. We do our best to accommodate any changes in trip times and dates.

Each trip requires a deposit to secure your date:

  • $100 for Inshore Fishing
  • $200 for Shark/Close Offshore Fishing
  • $250 for Deep Sea Fishing
  • $500 for Bluewater Fishing
  • $1,000 for Overnight Fishing Trips
  • $100 for Galveston Boat Tours

Your remaining balance is due at the dock. We accept cash, debit, credit, or Zelle. 

We charge a convenience fee if paid by credit or debit card.

If you need to cancel, we require a notice at least 7 days in advance of your trip. Your deposit will be put on hold to use anytime within a year.

If you cancel within 7 days but more than 24 hours out, you forfiet your deposit.

If you cancel within 24 hours or are a no-show, there may be additional charges made to the card on file depending on the trip that was booked. For instance, our deep sea and overnight trips require a significant amount of preperation—ensuring you have a safe and memorable experience.

If You Need To Reschedule

We pride ourselves on being flexible, but please contact us ASAP if you need to reschedule your trip. All reschedule requests must be made at least 7 days in advance to put your deposit on hold without any penalty. We’ll do our best to accommodate any rescheduling requests but all requests are subject to the captain’s discretion and our availability.

If There Is Bad Weather

Safety is our top priority. We’re not in the business of showing you a miserable fishing experience. If the weather threatens our trip, and we can reschedule during your stay, we’ll find a better day or time to make it work.

If it’s a shorter trip, we may postpone our launch time to avoid bad weather.

In the event of bad weather, the Captain will notify you within 24 hours on whether the trip must be rescheduled or canceled. In this case, you are eligible for a full refund upon cancellation.
